Refund and Returns Policy

Every Exodus Gunleather piece is custom, made to order, and built one at a time to your exact specifications. We do not carry stock or pre-made inventory. When you place an order, we build that piece for you and you alone, the way you asked us to, much like a commissioned work of art.

Custom Orders Are Final
Because each item is made to order for a single customer, all custom orders are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom work. This includes every build choice you select, such as your firearm model, carry side, optic or red dot cuts, tall sights, thumb breaks, colors, and hides, and it especially includes personalized pieces such as those made with your initials. An item built the way it was ordered is not eligible for return simply due to preference or a change of mind.

Please Review Before You Order
Since we begin building for you right away, please double-check your order details before you place it: your firearm model, carry side, optic or sight setup, color, hide, and any personalization. If anything is unclear, reach out before ordering and we will make sure we have it right from the start.

If We Make a Mistake, We Make It Right
We stand behind our work. If there is a defect in materials or workmanship, or if we built something other than what you ordered, we will make it right. That has always been how we operate. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 7 days of delivery if something is not right, so we can take care of it for you.

Cancellations
Because your order goes into production quickly and materials are committed to your build, cancellations are limited. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet started cutting leather for your order, we will do our best to work with you. Once your build is underway, it can no longer be canceled.

Shipping
Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and shipping charges are not refundable. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped, and we are not responsible for an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout. If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive, please keep all packaging and contact us, and we will help you work with the carrier to resolve it.
